03Can I switch from month to year without rebuilding the site?

Yes. Only the billing period in the account changes; same instance, address, and files. How to switch is in the subscription area or via store support.

04Can I connect my own domain?

The site works immediately on the issued address. Connect your domain in instance settings with DNS at your registrar. Step-by-step details are in the FAQ and account.

05What if I miss a payment?

Editor and publishing access pause until the subscription is active again. Data stays on the server per retention policy; after payment the site comes back on the same instance.

06How do I cancel and export the site?

Cancel in the account at store.myready.site. Before shutting down, download a backup or files from the editor — standard Hugo format, no locked box.
